I am hoping that you are all having a wonderful Mother's Day and enjoying your children and family today.

This morning my husband had to leave to early for work. My daughter got up and asked me to make HER a peanut butter and honey sandwich.

Obviously, I'm not doing my job since I had to remind her that SHE is supposed to make breakfast on mother's day :0)

So, she made her own sandwich but needed help cutting off the crust. So I gave her a hand and had some scrumptious peanut butter/honey sandwich crusts for breaky.

They weren't half bad! (although I agree, she should be eating her own crusts, we're working on it.)
