How To Declutter - 10 Tips to Control Clutter

This week I am going to bite the bullet and declutter the fridge, it is in dire need of some attention.

Having a clean fridge not only looks better, but it is healthier to be able to find good food! And it's so much more motivating to open a fridge that looks inviting.

I joined Fit Yummy Mummy almost 3 months ago, and I have to say, my fridge has been the better for it. I have a much larger variety of veggies etc than I ever used to, and I even eat them! But I know that I would make more progress if I was more organized in that department, so I am looking forward to getting this done.

If you would like to declutter a few lbs for summer, and not only get your fridge in shape, but yourself too,  you should check it out. I'm making steady progress and feel so much stronger and more alive. And I look better too, not only do my clothes fit me better and I've been able to dig out some old favourites that haven't fit me for awhile, but my skin is getting back it's healthy glow and I don't look so tired anymore.
