I’m getting back on track in redoubling my efforts, as I had fallen into a comfortable state which in one way is a great thing and what we are aiming for - creating new, healthy habits that don’t take much effort to implement, because they have become second nature.

Week 8 Stats - Fit Yummy Mummy

Things at this point seem to be running on almost autopilot, which is I suppose the main idea of a Fit Yummy Mummy lifestyle. I still have room for improvement as far as adding a few more veggies into my diet and being sure that my meals and snacks are balanced, but all in all, I am finding it a habit to eat much healthier.

This gives a few advantages. First being that you work up and can tweak the exercises either through intensity or repetition to your own fitness level as you start out. And basically the same advantages apply as you advance - the exercises grow increasingly more challenging, and as you progress, you can add weight to get increase benefit and avoid plateaus.

Shaking It Up - Going into week 6

I just realized that the end of this week will mark 1/2 way into the bikini ready transformation challenge. What’s the verdict? I won’t look 20 again and no program except surgery is going to make me Bo Derek (here I am dating myself again), but I think that if I want to, at the end of the challenge I’d be able to wear a bikini without being chased off the beach.

Weight Loss - Getting Stronger!

This week I am feeling great. I did well, am feeling much stronger.
My stats didn't change a lot, bloat week possibly.
If that's the case, bring it on, I'm feeling better bloated than I used to on a good day!
I could be plateauing a bit, we'll see how it goes next week.

My 3 week FYM stats - last day for challenge!

I'm still plugging away at the challenge and am finding that it is indeed turning into a lifestyle.
I don't want to miss my exercises anymore.
I don't want to mindlessly pig at the cupboard anymore.
I want to eat healthy and drink more water.
