I have been concentrating quite a bit lately on improving my nutrition through raw foods and eating more greens.

It has been fantastic!

I really can tell a difference right away in my skin, mood, elimination/bloating, and general energy levels when I am on track with at least two green smoothies and/or good servings of greens and veggies.

So I couldn't wait when Tara Warner said she was doing a Raw Mom Summit. I'm listening to the first calls right now.

My kids are past that (or should I say I am) but I gotta hear that one! I'm sure that it is going to be interesting.
