Fit Mummy Yummy - Fitness for Mom’s

Personal fitness is another huge New Years Resolution.

For myself included this year.

And that is the great thing about New Years. It's a guaranteed cut off point.

I've been telling myself for months that I will get back to it, but having an internal cut off of the New Year.

So as luck had it, my Fit Yummy Mummy DVD's have arrived so I decided to try a workout at home.

It didn't take long, so I was wondering about it. But it was a good work out. I can feel the muscle tightening effects and revved up metabolism already. It feels good!

Fit Yummy Mummy uses short burst resistance training.  Basically you work your muscles hard for short burst alternating exercises so as not to overstress. 

This also helps us to "incinerate" more calories all day long. 

I am really excited to dig into all of it. There is a lot of good information too which I find important, both for knowledge, but also to keep me motivated.

I did my first workout right in front of my computer. I just moved some chairs and got moving along. Actually, I started out to check out the DVD to see what was in it and then asked myself, why am I just standing here!
