Reviews, Time Management

Time Management Tools

OK, now I said it. It's out in the open.

Kelly McCausey, I LOVE you.

Many of us may be familiar with Kelly, and you may be thinking – hey, Kelly's interesting and even fun, but LOVE?

Isn't that a little STRONG?

Well, I may be in the honeymoon phase, but I'll begin at the beginning.

Yesterday began as a normal day. I was hustling and bustling with an extremely busy week and thought I should have a listen to this month's resource on Mommasterminds.

This month is Time Management – a few audios that Kelly put together, one of them with info taken from an in depth poll she did with members and a lot of other stuff.

I knew I'd be interested but I wasn't expecting that by the end of the first audio I would have the missing key that I'd been searching for the past months for my own time management system – The 1,000 Hours Project – that I've been working on.

Inside of the audio, Kelly shares with us a piece of software that she uses to stay organized.

Sound boring, kind of dull?

Well, this software is nothing like that at all.

It's easy, taking minutes to figure out how to use. It's fun, with colour and widgets and so many possibilities.

And it's free.

The icing on the cake.

So I had to give it a try and set it up to my specifications re: 1,000 Hours Project and it works just dandy.

It's almost to the letter the exact kind of software I was hoping for.

So I am no longer stuck on the perfect tool to package with my project (how perfect) and I now can take it's functionality up a notch or two to boot.

So thank you Kelly McCausey and Mommasterminds for giving me the exact tool that I needed, at the exactly perfect time.

I know, I know… just send chocolate :0)

Thanks for the best laugh today Jan 🙂 (Here I was hoping a guy had made this blog post… ROFL!)

Are you going to leave them hanging about the tool you’re so excited about? LOL!

I seem to have that effect :0))

If it’s ok with you, I would love to spill it. I’ve been finding more and more ways to use it over the past week, it’s become my ‘catch all’ and so easy to use.

    Drumroll please…

You can find out how Kelly uses it at the Mommastermind’s link (you have to get in before the end of Sept to get the time management audio with her method) and I will be featuring how I use it as a 1000 Hours Project bonus.

Thanks again Kelly for sharing with us.

Ramp It Up.

I really like the idea to go vertical if you have a small space and manage work/home in the same space. Check out the shot of the floor to ceiling desk!
