Action Tips, Home Biz Tips, Optimizing Your Business, Time Management Tips
As we’ve had a lot of holidays and periods of illness around here lately, I was finding it hard to keep up.
As a result, my customer service was sometimes slower than usual.
I found that although there was a good reason for it and I was doing my best, letting an order go a day later than usual, letting an email sit longer than it should have really was giving me a nagging pain.
I didn’t realize how much so until this past week when a few changes I have been able to make started showing some big differences.
I’ve been truly blessed to have had a few girls join my team who are truly talented and are easing the work load for me.
This is freeing me up to spend more time interacting with my customers and providing resources.
And it feels so good. So much better than “flying by the seat of my pants”. So much better than the nagging guilty feeling in my stomach.
ACTION TIP
Is there something nagging you? Pay attention to the feeling.
Something that isn’t sitting quite right but you aren’t sure what to do about it?
Is it going to take something completely different to fix? Brainstorm, think and plan, and then put that plan into action. Don’t be afraid if it something different, you may even like it.
Make an exit plan as well, so that you know if it doesn’t work out, you can always go back.
Or maybe it just means pulling up your socks, refining your systems or your priorities.
It might even mean upping your energy with healthy habits so that you can get more done.
I really enjoyed your blog! Here are some really great resources and tools for others who are looking to start working for themselves:
