Time Management For Moms

Review by Lisa Marie Fletcher

Time management eludes me far more often than I care to admit, so I have been enjoying the chance to put into practice some ideas I recently discovered in the eBook "Time Management for Moms."

Hopefully, I'm not the only one who spends their day "working" only to find out that it's supper time and they didn't get a single thing crossed off their to-do list!

This book helped me to learn about schedules - how they work, how to use them efficiently, how to divide up my tasks and evaluate how my week is laid out.

Then it went one step further - outlining the importance of routines and schedules for children of all ages and providing practical way to use them with my kids.

Using time management to balance work demands and family time can be a big challenge for working moms - be they at home or out in the office. Taking some of the easy advice found in this eBook, I was able to find more time and get more focused.

The book also gives tips to help save time housecleaning tasks, cooking, and even when you are out doing errands! I'm so ready for these!

Besides all the wisdom found above, there are 2 more areas of this book which totally made it 100% worth reading.

A good ol' kick-in-the-pants reminder about procrastination (Guilty!) and how to beat it.

The other - learning to say no.

I think as women, we far too often take too much on our plates and then realize when it's too late that we should have stepped back. It's finally nice to have some practical ideas on how to tackle this without having to feel guilty.

Time management is a skill we have to learn and it's about creating habits to get to where we want to be.

I'm glad I got a chance to read this book, because I think that I'll no longer feel like my days should have 29 hours instead of 24!
