As a mom of a tween and 2 bonafide teenagers myself, I can tell you that the time goes faster than you ever thought it would and to grab every minute while you can with no regrets. If you get one message from this entire website, that would be it in a nutshell.

Do Kaizen: Start the day with one task that will make gradual positive change - take you up a notch - make something more efficient, eliminate something, put something to work for you. Do this every day first thing. Put aside the time and say KAIZEN! Doing a morning BOOST Housework Circuit could be just the thing - it works for me!
