Since school lunches are an ongoing thing, even if your kids have been back to school for awhile, you might need some help, so I will be posting an article series over the next week or so with 'brown bag' lunch ideas for the back to school crowd.

Do Kaizen: Start the day with one task that will make gradual positive change - take you up a notch - make something more efficient, eliminate something, put something to work for you. Do this every day first thing. Put aside the time and say KAIZEN! Doing a morning BOOST Housework Circuit could be just the thing - it works for me!
