I came across this article on leaving kids home when parents need to be at work.
It was very interesting and very real - no fluff!

Do Kaizen: Start the day with one task that will make gradual positive change - take you up a notch - make something more efficient, eliminate something, put something to work for you. Do this every day first thing. Put aside the time and say KAIZEN! Doing a morning BOOST Housework Circuit could be just the thing - it works for me!
