  1. Hi Jan,
Peace, order, balance equals joy. Aah, soothing words this morning. Too much chaos leads to grumpiness and frustration. Thank you for helping me to sort it all out.

Would you consider submitting your posts to my blog carnival called, “Staying Young – from the inside out”? This would fit in well under the expertise category. Feeling competent and knowing what to do next helps everyone feel better about life and themselves.

  2. Love your site! Found you through mybloglog :) I hate cleaning but love the feeling that comes from spring cleaning and getting rid of things!!!

I will be a regular on here

  3. Hi Cheryl, you’ve really hit it on the head – chaos does lead to grumpiness and frustration – life is just too short to be defeated by something that is in our control – most of the time!

It also saps our energy which is why it can be such an insidious thing.

Focus + Action One Step at a Time = Freedom

Hi Belinda, me too! There is nothing to me like the feeling of watching things leave the building! It’s been a process, I used to like to watch them come in. It’s been an ongoing process – I’m still working on it – but it just gets better and better. Love those clear spaces!! I look forward to having you here!

  4. Hi Jan,

I think I actually breathed deeper and relaxed some while reading this great post.

It’s all about the plan for sure. Focus… Do not get distracted by those bright shiny objects. Plan your work and work your plan.

    Nice post. Thanks.

  5. Thanks Rich! That’s nice to hear. I’ve come to realize that the times when I am more relaxed are the times when I am truly living, so that is my aim – to relax and enjoy using my own attitude first – why not?

It’s so easy to get distracted, even when trying not to, by almost anything! After even a few days of truly focusing on what we really want rather than on the wild goose chases of life, it becomes obvious at how much better and easier things can be.
