Marie from the Mommy Community blog has started a Tuesday Meme called the Tuesday Toot.
Participation is easy. You go to her site (you can click the graphic to get there), leave your link and then Toot Your Own Horn on your blog.
And you also are eligible to win a prize as well. Each week is different – Special Report donated by Aurelia Williams – Don’t Fall into the Supermom Trap. A winner will be chosen and announced on Tuesday, 2/13/08.

My toot this week is getting back on track with exercising and getting in gear to tackle the final 10lbs that I need to get control of before summer (or sooner!)
I've walked every day that the weather has permitted, which has been every day except one and gotten back on track with the Fit Yummy Mummy Lifestyle System. My energy has been up, I feel more optimistic and all around happier from the extra blood moving around instead of just sitting there – like me!
I really like it because it provides structure and support that includes everything that I found worked for me when I lost 10lbs at our local gym 2 years ago, you can read more about it at this post and on my SIZZLIN blog.
I'm very excited because Holly Rigsby, the coach and creator of the program is offering a free 3 month Transformation Challenge with the program until the end of February. It couldn't have come at a better time for me, and maybe you too.
BTW, I've been keeping up with the dishes this week too.
