I am late in posting this so it's a little last minute. The good news is that it will only take a minute!

March is the perfect time for a green smoothie.

It's got a lot of green going for it!

Spring is green of course.

St. Patrick's Day is green.

The QK Making Change Simple Home Budget System should be ready soon, and that's going to save you lot's of green!

And best of all, the winter is ending so it's always a great time for new beginnings.

A few months before summer is always a good time to get motivated to be healthier and drop a few pounds.

I've been doing the Fit Yummy Mummy program since last year and couldn't be happier.

I love the support and consistent gaining of strength and vitality that I get from doing the program.

It has really helped me to be super aware of my body and what works for it.

Things that I never even noticed before.

One of them is the effect that wheat, dairy, processed foods and all that stuff has on me.

I already knew about the processed foods, that becomes apparent very soon after you cut down on them or quit eating them altogether.

The cheese and wheat thing was a big surprise.

But as soon as I started cutting down on them I noticed that I didn't feel so bloated, and my skin got smoother and more of it's glow back. I'm going to be 45 next week, so that's no small thing!

So I wanted to do better and went searching for information.

And that's when I came across the Raw Food Divas blog.

And the Green Smoothie Challenge.

You can hop on for $5 if you choose, $3 of that goes to save the whales!

Can't beat that!

Don't be green with envy. Join the Green Smoothie Challenge instead.
