bedroom5minfix

Let’s take 5 minutes and get started on any piles that you may have lying around in the bedroom.

My bedroom is often the gathering place for clean (sometimes dirty!) laundry, so that is something

that I often have to start with when I clean there.

Set your timer.

Pick the most obnoxious (or obvious) one and dig in.

See what you can get out of there in 5 minutes…

put away
give away
or throw away

  1. OK, kinda overspent myself at work cleaning under and around the refrigerator, yes at work too. Hit a small molehill pile today, but tomorrow I should be my old self with a day off! Watch out DAY 5!

  2. My computer is uncooperative today, It just won’t show DAY 7! Well I tackled by purse within a tote instead of just throwing things in there…KAOS. Just took 5 minutes to put all my ducks in a row, so that the next thing, and the next were lined up to save me time and sanity. DAY 7 Awesome!

  3. Hi Judy, you are so impressive! Absolutely hitting it on this challenge!!

You are keeping me motivated to keep posting – I am finding that if I miss a day (which happens) I am disappointed because I am seeing such good results for the little bit of effort.

I will check into day 7 and looking forward to catch up day today (that is what day I am on)

Also that is exactly the right thing to do – pick your ‘worst pain’ if you can’t access a day – or if that is what you would rather do.

When you think about it – doing that for 5 min every day could literally change your life.

Thanks again for posting, I love to read about the little improvements that you have been so consistent with.

Well, time to get back to it!!

  4. Hey, thanks for the Reply. It was meant for me to get to this Day 4 page and read your comments.
For some reason, Day 14 (or is it 15) link lead me right back here again. I had one of the worst days, computer hell (thought I killed another one), pharmacy hell, car engine light and low tire pressure hell, and a husband malingering around the house, not helping with solution wise, one of those days that begs the question…What’s Next?
But at the end of it all, when I came to my senses, he was right not to engage in these battles, and I can say that it turned out in my favor and not worth all the fuss. Blessed Day!
This is the closest I’ve ever gotten to journaling…..Thank You so much for your encouragement!

    1. Funny how things work like that some days. both for good and e-vil :0))

Your welcome, thank YOU for your dedication and participation – it is amazing to see how the challenge is helping and making a difference.
