Other baked goods, compound butters and preserves can also make yummy edible gifts.
A really cute food gift is to use mason jars and fill them up with layers of ingredients for a dish, like bean soup or chocolate brownies. Attach the recipe, and you have an attractive gift.
You can put together a family recipe book, or go online and upload family photos to be printed on a calendar.
HANDMADE DECORATIONS CAN BECOME FAMILY HEIRLOOMS
Decorated or personalized photo frames can be a great way to give a photo, or an empty frame can be useful for the people on your list.
To keep with the homemade theme, you and your children can make decorations for your home. Wreaths, nativity scenes, centerpieces and tree ornaments can be fun to make and fun to use around your house.
