What Can You Do In Five Minutes?
Clean a Window!
Windows can be a major task, but not when you are making them 5 minutes better than they were.
- Take 5 minutes and a spray bottle with a cleaning sponge and newspaper.
- Remember to use an environmentally friendly mix – vinegar and water works great – I use natural essential oils and water and polish with some rubbing alcohol – DO NOT LEAVE ANY CLEANERS WITHIN REACH OF CHILDREN (I know that’s obvious, but I must say it :0)
- Tackle your grimiest window or the one that you look out of most often.
- Spray it down, wipe with the sponge.
- Repeat until it is clean.
- Then give it another slight spray and polish it with the newspaper.
It will be sparkling clean and look great.
Don’t worry about the window sill or ledge for now.
Note: If you are using newspaper, it will really give a window shine but watch the window sill as it can smudge it up with ink and it’s hard to remove. I find smaller pieces easier to work with.
