I was just whizzing through my BOOST housework circuit and it came to me –

I feel like I can do anything when I start the day by taking my home up a notch with it every morning.

Gone is the nagging anxiety that I am doing something wrong, that I am not ‘up to par’ or that I will never again know what it’s like to live without this weight hanging around my neck.

If your house is out of control, or has a tendency to get that way often, you know the feeling.

It doesn’t take too long but every 5 minute quadrant that I do adds a little sparkle and shine, not only to my house, but to my day.

  • Gone is the nagging feeling that I should be cleaning up instead of working – or playing.
  • Gone is the frustration of living in a mess.
  • Gone is the guilt and gone is the fear that someone may pop by unexpected, God forbid!
  • Gone is the feeling of running on a treadmill for all time.

If the mess in your house is swallowing you up, it’s time to bite back.

If you are struggling and at the end of your rope, you really can do something about it and it doesn’t have to take your days to do it.

On the contrary, you will find yourself feeling free, more free than you have possibly in years – since the days before housework!

Get your BOOST here.

It works for me. And believe me, if I the Queen of KAOS can do it, then you can do it too.

ACTion Tips

Since most of this post is me going on about stress relief, benefits of having my housework not weigh me down any longer and silly stuff like that, I wanted to leave you with a few ACTion tips that you can use with or without my BOOST housework schedule – or ‘the Circuit’ as I like to call it.

Here they are

  • set aside 30 – 45 minutes every day to do nothing but focused clean up.
  • use your timer.
  • divide your time into specific areas that you will rotate.
  • choose the areas that are nagging you most to start with.
  • go as fast as you can
  • try to do it when no one is around to interrupt you. You get 2x as much done – or more!
  • check it off. wipe it off. then do it again tomorrow or the next day by using a dry erase marker and sheet protector for your master plan.
  • consistency is key.

Try it, you’ll like it :0)
