  1. Yeah, coffee…I was off it for over a year and have been having a ball eating like a pig and drinking the caffeine. I am getting out to hike at least once a day.

    My issue, body changes at peri-menopause. Try hormones which affect the thyroid. Plus, I like to eat but can’t do what I use to.

    New Year, new direction…but didn’t make any weight loss goals.
