i like the thought of this entry. it touches me. after being so angry with my daughter last night — this post seem to speak directly to me that i can do well in my mommying my kid even if she is growing up.

I hope you didn't eat the donut that Jake gave you last night, my daughter says to me this morning.

One of my favourite things these days is waking up and walking into my kitchen.
The first thing I notice is the calm and peaceful feeling I get. I usually take a deep breath and just soak it up.

I said earlier that the number one success factor is self discipline.
The number one thing that will help you out with that is getting in the habit of forming habits.
Habits put it all on autopilot so that there is hardly any effort or self discipline involved. I like that!

But I did just finish my 2nd Fit Yummy Mummy workout.
I'm really impressed. I will be sticking to the program to see how I progress, but my initial impression is that it totally rocks.
