1st Quarter of 2009
Just a friendly reminder that March marks the end of the first quarter of 2009.
How are you doing?
Now is a good time to review sales, review project progress, review your systems and put it all down on a spreadsheet or paper so that you can do the same again in another 3 months.
Don't forget to set some deadlines, review your vision and give yourself a pat on the back for your progress so far.
Benchmarking – reviewing and making note of the things that you HAVE done can be an excellent way to give yourself inspiration and to pick up in plenty of time, the areas where you may be lagging behind. It's a good thing for everyone to do on a regular basis.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly is not too much.
