Kicking Back
As luck has it, I've been spending the past few days with my feet up. You can get the sordid details here.
So I was kind of discouraged because summer has been a long time coming around here and the sun had finally been making a consistent appearance.
And I'm still sitting in the same chair I was sitting in waiting for the rain to stop!
BUT
As luck has it, today is the third Saturday of the month and Alice Seba sent out this month's Sweetie Saturday Report.
It's all about creating a business growth plan.
As luck has it, I was in the mood to work on mine, since I'm sitting here anyways.
I was happy to see that it has something for everyone.
It has a lot of great detail for anyone starting out, and it had a lot of things in it that I was able to run with as well.
Things like…
- The single most important ingredient to your success.
- A start up quiz to help you get moving in the right direction.
- Where to start.
- All About Growing…
- Business Tools
- Budget Issues
- Starting Out
- Your Sales Funnel
- Tracking and Testing
- Outsourcing and more…
THERE'S NO TIME LIKE NOW
As I sat here and had another look at the big picture for my business, I was prompted to have a look at the small as well.
By the time I was finished I had outlined a detailed action plan to incorporate into my activities starting next week.
If you haven't taken the time to sit down and figure out where you want to be and how you are going to get there, now is a great time to do it, even if you don't have to keep your feet up.
TIP: According to this month's edition of the Sweetie Saturday Report, "The Business Growth Plan – Setting Up the Foundation for Expansion", we should be putting aside up to 25% of our work week for planning – that could translate to about one day per week.
I'm not even close. I'm going to be spending more time in creating my own personal business road map – and implement it using "The Business Growth Plan" as my guide.
I'll keep you posted!
You can get your own copy and get all the perks by joining the Sweetie Saturday Report Club or wait until Sahrina my virtual assistant is back from holidays and has it added to our collection if you don't want the whole shebang.
