I just realized that the end of this week will mark 1/2 way into the bikini ready transformation challenge. What's the verdict? I won't look 20 again and no program except surgery is going to make me Bo Derek (here I am dating myself again), but I think that if I want to, at the end of the challenge I'd be able to wear a bikini without being chased off the beach.

I'm still plugging away at the challenge and am finding that it is indeed turning into a lifestyle. I don't want to miss my exercises anymore. I don't want to mindlessly pig at the cupboard anymore. I want to eat healthy and drink more water. And there is still more to learn. And to do. [...]

Since starting with Fit Yummy Mummy, I have been eating so much healthier, I have been challenging myself with regular exercise, I haven't felt deprived, or beat up from too much exercise. I've felt terrific. I want that for you!
