This morning I did my exercises along with my other morning routine type stuff.
Usually I do them in the evening so that I am not using precious morning productive time.
I must admit that I feel a little off of my schedule, but deep down, I feel really good.
I feel calmer. And I feel cleaner.
One of the benefits of doing exercise that makes me sweat, is that I always feel like I've had a shower from the inside out as I know the sweat and processed water is getting rid of toxins and my skin just feels cleaner - after my shower!

We all know that, but prefer to think about it later.

Just a reminder to hop on the Summer Challenge at Club Fit Yummy Mummy.
I really don't want you to miss out on this opportunity to start losing those lbs and to tone that body!
For me, I bought the program back in Dec and didn't do much with it, except promise myself that I was going to until Feb when the first challenge opened.
I jumped right in, and when it ended I was quite amazed with how much better I felt and looked (that 40+ dragged out look wasn't so obvious anymore, except in the morning :0)
Despite that, I found myself falling back again until the second challenge opened.

I decided to brainstorm and IMPLEMENT some fitness challenge success tips right off the starting line, while I'm gearing up to participate in the second Fit Yummy Mummy Transformation Challenge.
This time around I know straight off what I need to concentrate on to take it up a notch and deflect some of the things that I found myself lacking on last time around.
It seems to be mostly in the area of what we're eating and being prepared to eat more healthy, live foods.
Also I'm rested up and have taken a break, so I am raring to make the extra effort.

Here it is, a beautiful summer day and I am so excited.
Since finishing the Spring Fit Yummy Mummy Challenge, things have been holding, going up and down here and there but I have not been consistently motivated as I was during the challenge.
There's something about being on a team with the same purpose and goals in mind, the accountability and the support that takes my efforts from mediocre to WOW.
The conversations and knowledge inside of Club FYM always keep it interesting and peak my motivation as well. It's never boring!
