Finding Time for Mom Fitness – Squeeze It In No Matter What
I'm going on a road trip for the day today. Before I left, I was sure to get my intervals in - it only took 12 minutes - what the heck! I can't tell you how good it feels. It feels great to have my blood pumping and feeling refreshed from the movement. But it feels even better to know that I am back on track and finished with the schlump period. You can do it too!
