This has been an interesting week. I'm getting back on track in redoubling my efforts, as I had fallen into a comfortable state which in one way is a great thing and what we are aiming for - creating new, healthy habits that don't take much effort to implement, because they have become second nature.

For years I started my day with coffee, and a few yours later toast. I could never understand why I always got tired fairly early in the day. As I learned more about healthy eating, I switched up breakfast for something much healthier.

If there is something going on in your life that is sabotaging your energy and your mindset, you need to be aware of it, and tackle that. If you can't change the situation directly, you need to work on how you deal with it emotionally. How to do that?

Things at this point seem to be running on almost autopilot, which is I suppose the main idea of a Fit Yummy Mummy lifestyle. I still have room for improvement as far as adding a few more veggies into my diet and being sure that my meals and snacks are balanced, but all in all, I am finding it a habit to eat much healthier.
