During my time without coffee I was relatively calm, as soon as I introduced it back, I was a raving lunatic over things that prior wouldn’t have bothered me. It was a big eye opener.

Week 8 Stats - Fit Yummy Mummy

Things at this point seem to be running on almost autopilot, which is I suppose the main idea of a Fit Yummy Mummy lifestyle. I still have room for improvement as far as adding a few more veggies into my diet and being sure that my meals and snacks are balanced, but all in all, I am finding it a habit to eat much healthier.
