		<description>I drink two large green smoothies each day Monday through Friday. And one for breakfast on the weekends. I usually have a normal dinner with my family. I've been doing this for three months now. The benefits are numberous. My skin is smoother. I dont experience break-outs. (Unless I eat red meats)Digestive tract is normal now. Chronic constipation has fled far away from me. Bloating is gone. Weight is naturally dropping effortlessly. I was 147 lbs in June and am now 130 lbs in Sept. Toxins are being expelled from my system each and everyday. Cravings have subsided tremendously. Hair feels softer and skin is never dry or flakey. Had a rash on my leg for a year that has gone away. I have long lasting energy. Was able to kick the coffe habbit because I now have a longer lasting energy source. I cant tell you about all the benefits that are happening internally. But without a doubt, they are happening.

I have found the same to be true for me.  Constintently drinking water has helped maintain my weight.  It took me a long time to figure it out and I tended to yo yo diet but have maintained for a while now -- I really think a lot has to do think drinking water regularly.
