During my weight loss challenge, I found that no matter how well I behaved in cutting out junk and controlling my eating habits, even if I kept up my exercise, I had problems loosing weight if I didn’t drink my water.
Even one water bottle per day, mine is 3 cups, made the difference.
So drink up!
