This has been an interesting week. I’m getting back on track in redoubling my efforts, as I had fallen into a comfortable state which in one way is a great thing and what we are aiming for - creating new, healthy habits that don’t take much effort to implement, because they have become second nature.

I Finally Found One! - Water Bottle Filter

I’ve thought that one of these would be the perfect thing to have and here they are.
Instead of having to fool around with water pitchers taking up room in the fridge, or running out of water when you go out, you can fill your water bottle directly anywhere you go and get filtered water.

Drinking Water to Fascilitate Weight Loss

During my weight loss challenge, I found that no matter how well I behaved in cutting out junk and controlling my eating habits, even if I kept up my exercise, I had problems loosing weight if I didn’t drink my water.
Even one water bottle per day, mine is 3 cups, made the difference.
So drink up!
