Print It Danno!

OK, I'm REALLY dating myself with that one. If anyone remembers Hawaii Five O from back in the dark ages, you'll know what I'm talking about.
I am printing out my Fit Yummy Mummy ebook right now because it is too good not to.
I don't generally print anything anymore that I don't have to, because of the storage space and clutter, I don't like to waste paper, and also because printer ink is too darn expensive these days.
But I refer to it often to look up which resistant or interval training exercises to do, to see the meal planning info or to get general info on things like time management or metabolism - lots of stuff!
I really want to be able to get in there and highlight it up and put some of my own notes in there, and to be able to just pick it up at any time that I want to look at it without sitting at the computer.
So I'm printing everything but the exercises, many of them are on the video, I may print the rest later.
As soon as I'm finished, I am looking forward to doing my intervals today.
I will be mixing them up, but for now I am doing 1 minute with my exercise bike (it has the moving arm thing too, I don't know what it's called, but it's stuck on hard so one minute at a time is enough for me!) and 2 minutes a treadmill that we had given to us - doing 6 rotations, although I am going to try 8 today.
I can tell you, it sure is nice to be using them instead of having them sitting there looking at me!
Maybe someday I'll get fancy treadmill, this one is very basic, I can't even tell what intensity I am walking at, but it does have a timer so it is working fine for me, much better than not having one.
The moral there is that you don't need fancy, you just need to get going.

Thanks Sue, I really appreciate your comment!
I’ve just revived this blog after letting other areas of my life overtake my commitment to staying in shape.
I am so glad to be back at it, I feel so much better already.
