    Going to the Dogs

    Sat, Jul 28, 2007

bodywedge2.jpgI recently set up our own little home gym using easy exercise equipment, videos etc that we already had around the house.

Since I am saving quite a bit of money and it is great to have, I have been using often, I thought I’d splurge and replace my Bodywedge that I used to love working out on (it deflated!)

It appears that my dog likes it too.  But she’s going to have to wait her turn!

PS – if you are looking for something that is challenging but not too hard, and really works for a good all over body work out in 21 minutes, you can get this nifty gizmo at Zellers, probably Walmart or online. This one is not a bodywedge brand so didn’t come with the video or poster, which I find to be very useful, but it did come with exercises.

I would love to find something that is not a blow up version so that I don’t need to worry about it getting a hole in it.  Anyone know of one?

btw, gravity really does work wonders, I would have no ab problems if I could just stay on it all day :0)

It is definitely the time of year to be getting back on board with a Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Challenge – I am counting down the days to being 10lbs lighter and 12 weeks stronger!

Holly gives us assignments throughout the challenge, today it is to examine perfection and the effect that it has on our results – and how it can more likely than not cause more trouble than it saves. I am looking at that today.

How about you. Has perfection ever brought you down in your efforts to lose weight or get healthier?
