a daily WALK TIPS THE BALANCE

I mentioned that two things seem to make a huge difference in my success with weight loss and maintenance – drinking at least one or two litres of water per day and working out every day (with one day per week of rest).
I did forget to mention one more variable that seems to make a difference.
If I walk for about 20 minutes per day on average it will magnify my results.
- If I’m working out daily, I will lose weight if I walk too.
- If I’m neglecting my workouts, I will maintain.
- If I’m neglecting my workouts AND my daily walk, I will gain.
Sometimes weight loss and maintenance seems to be hit and miss, but if you are sensitive to your body and your habits, it is very likely that you will see a pattern.
Watch for you patterns and work with them to get the results and good health that you are looking for.
It’s a beautiful day today, I will be going for a walk!
