Back In the Saddle

Being the first of the month and the month of October - with Thanksgiving and Halloween coming up - I've decided to apply myself to a 4 WEEK PUSH to get back on track - lose those last 4lbs or an inch or two on my 'problem area' - that three letter word - ABS.
I want all the other benefits too - to feel better about myself for keeping up with what I know I should be doing, feeling a lot better/stronger in general and of course - looking better too.

So I'm back in the saddle with the Fit Yummy Mummy lifestyle. I know it works (I lost 10 stubborn lbs with it already), the workouts are quick and the I can find out ANYTHING I want to know at any time at Club FYM.
