    Fitness For Mom, Weight Loss

    Being the first of the month and the month of October – with Thanksgiving and Halloween coming up – I've decided to apply myself to a 4 WEEK PUSH to get back on track – lose those last 4lbs or an inch or two on my 'problem area' – that three letter word – ABS.

    I want all the other benefits too – to feel better about myself for keeping up with what I know I should be doing, feeling a lot better/stronger in general and of course – looking better too.

    Fit Yummy Mummy Mom Fitness Program

    So I'm back in the saddle with the Fit Yummy Mummy lifestyle. I know it works (I lost 10 stubborn lbs with it already), the workouts are quick and the I can find out ANYTHING I want to know at any time at Club FYM.

    It is definitely the time of year to be getting back on board with a Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Challenge – I am counting down the days to being 10lbs lighter and 12 weeks stronger!

    Holly gives us assignments throughout the challenge, today it is to examine perfection and the effect that it has on our results – and how it can more likely than not cause more trouble than it saves. I am looking at that today.
