    Eating Better

    After participating in the green smoothie challenge that the Raw Diva, Tera Warner put together, I can say that my healthy eating habits grew by leaps and bounds.

    My diet now consists primarily of raw foods in the form of smoothies or fruit and veggie snacks. The rest is clean food – I've cut out almost all sugar, gluten, processed foods and cheese.

    I do have a few cheats here and there but it isn't the norm anymore. 


    So I thought you would like to know about the 5 week Healthy Eating mini course that Tera has put together.

    Tera's website is always a delight to the eye, so bright, colourful and creative.

    It is definitely the time of year to be getting back on board with a Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Challenge – I am counting down the days to being 10lbs lighter and 12 weeks stronger!

    Holly gives us assignments throughout the challenge, today it is to examine perfection and the effect that it has on our results – and how it can more likely than not cause more trouble than it saves. I am looking at that today.
