The Missing Piece

queenofkaossizzlinsand110.jpgIt has become obvious to me as I continue along with a healthy lifestyle and weight loss as a focus that there are a few main pieces to the puzzle, omit even one and it becomes almost impossible to have success.

It’s quite fascinating. Have you ever heard of 212°. It’s the temperature that boils water.

It is almost the same concept. You can put almost as much effort into going to 211 but it just won’t give you boiling water.

Take it up one notch and your SIZZLIN!

I will be examining the pieces individually, so stay tuned!

ACTION TIP

Write down the main actions that you are taking including the ones that you know you should be and are not.

Circle the ones that you need to begin doing.

And begin!

My bet is that you already know exactly what you need to be doing, the challenge is in the doing!
