    Get Out Your Exercise Clothes, Enough Fooling Around!

    queenofkaossizzlinsand110.jpgI was cleaning out my dresser and found my work out clothes that had become my daily wardrobe when the gym was open where I live.

    They immediately brought back “feel good” memories, and memories of how ingrained they had become into my routine.

    I set them out every night, or put them in my gym bag, it became part of the day. If I missed, they where ready for the next day.

    They where like a beacon reminding me to work out, it really worked.

    So far I have implemented water, walking and watching my diet, but I am not seeing results as I would like to be. Partly because I have not added the last component – a focused exercise routine – to the mix.

    So enough fooling around.

    I’m taking out the exercise clothes!

    ACTION TIP

    Choose an outfit or two that is comfortable, make sure you have a good work out bra as well as shoes.

    Use them only for working out. Make it a habit to put them where you can access them every day. (generally that isn’t in the laundry :0)

    Use them!

    It is definitely the time of year to be getting back on board with a Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Challenge – I am counting down the days to being 10lbs lighter and 12 weeks stronger!

    Holly gives us assignments throughout the challenge, today it is to examine perfection and the effect that it has on our results – and how it can more likely than not cause more trouble than it saves. I am looking at that today.
