    Healthy Habits

    I am getting ready to go with my son to get his 2nd 'first' vehicle.

    We did this last April already!

    It's taken on a bad habit of catching on fire when he's driving it so we've decided to start again.

    So when I was getting ready, I did my intervals.

    I'll be sitting in the car for quite awhile today and thought it might rev up my metabolism a bit for the trip.

    And it occurred to me how happy I was last year to have made sure to squeeze it in before I left.

    I can't tell you how good it feels.

    It feels great to have my blood pumping and feeling refreshed from the movement.

    But it feels even better to know that I am back on track and finished with the schlump period.

    It is definitely the time of year to be getting back on board with a Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Challenge – I am counting down the days to being 10lbs lighter and 12 weeks stronger!

    Holly gives us assignments throughout the challenge, today it is to examine perfection and the effect that it has on our results – and how it can more likely than not cause more trouble than it saves. I am looking at that today.
