    queenofkaossizzlinsand110.jpgWe are lucky to have chickens so we can get fresh eggs, often I will walk out and get a few for breakfast “hot off the press”.  If you’ve never had a fresh egg, you don’t know what you are missing! (seriously, if you live in the country, it is easy to put up a coop and fence and get some chickens, often they are a good source of exercise and fresh air, if even just to walk out and get the eggs)

    Anyway, when I am cooking them, if I have them, I will often cut up a tomatoe and throw it in the frying pan for a few seconds (I like them that way) Sometimes I will mix them in with scrambled, sometimes eat them on the side.

    This really ups the vitamin and even fibre content and takes seconds.

    What habit can you get into to power up your meal?

    Think of one thing and make it a habit starting today.

    It is definitely the time of year to be getting back on board with a Fit Yummy Mummy 12 Week Challenge – I am counting down the days to being 10lbs lighter and 12 weeks stronger!

    Holly gives us assignments throughout the challenge, today it is to examine perfection and the effect that it has on our results – and how it can more likely than not cause more trouble than it saves. I am looking at that today.
