    I was watching Oprah today and it was about women who lost their 'sexy' over the years, mostly since having kids.

    The show was not about weight loss or health, it was all about attitude, how to feel sexy and look sexy through clothes, hair and style that comes not only on the outside, but from within.

    WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?

    The first lady struck me because she was absolutely stunning.

    I tuned in after her makeover and rewound to her 'before' and was shocked to hear that she was called names as a child including cross eyes.

    Self Care

    This morning I did my exercises along with my other morning routine type stuff.

    Usually I do them in the evening so that I am not using precious morning productive time.

    I must admit that I feel a little off of my schedule, but deep down, I feel really good.

    I feel calmer. And I feel cleaner.

    One of the benefits of doing exercise that makes me sweat, is that I always feel like I've had a shower from the inside out as I know the sweat and processed water is getting rid of toxins and my skin just feels cleaner - after my shower!
